With 20 years of experience and a commitment to exceptional care, our state-of-the-art facility offers a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services. From physical and occupational therapy to specialized treatments such as Fit Societe fitness classes, AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Resolve Wellness massage and wellness services, and more, RU Kearny Mesa is dedicated to helping you recover, heal, and thrive.
Rehab United Kearny Mesa has been an integral part of the San Diego community since its establishment and served as Rehab United's headquarters for 20 years. Our commitment to delivering outstanding care has driven us to expand and provide an exceptional patient experience. In February 2012, we expanded into our current spacious facility, offering two gyms, three massage rooms, private treatment rooms, a pediatrics room, and convenient amenities such as showers in each restroom.

Bridget is absolutely the BEST physical therapist anywhere. She is so knowledgeable, professional, caring, & kind. The physical therapy assistants, Crista, JJ, Jordan, & Courtney, are from the same cloth as Bridget. They have enabled me to go from nearly being in a wheelchair to walking comfortably in about 2 months. And that’s without hurting me! The entire facility including the front desk (Jade & Co.) are wonderful. A real caring, healing place."
