Becca was born in LA but was raised in Rockville, MD where she grew up swimming, doing art projects, and playing the oboe (badly). Becca then went to Boston University where she earned the trifecta of degrees in occupational therapy including her bachelors, masters, and post-professional doctorate, starting work in 2017 and graduating with her doctorate in 2018. She went on to get her first job in Philadelphia where she worked for Penn Medicine in home care for four years before moving to San Diego in 2021.

Becca has been interested in working in pelvic floor therapy since graduating with her master’s degree and was lucky to find that RU was open to expanding their pelvic therapy department to include an OT. She has taken several courses in pelvic therapy and is working towards becoming a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist to better treat her patients.
