Biography
Chris received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Southern California with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and then completed USC’s Orthopedic Residency program to specialize in orthopedic conditions.
Chris grew up in the Los Angeles area, playing various sports such as basketball, track and field, baseball, and a more recent interest in the game of golf. This passion for sports and exercise led him to pursue a sports medicine internship at UCLA where he worked as a student athletic trainer with the UCLA football and basketball and men’s basketball teams. It was here where he learned under a renowned team of athletic trainers, physical therapists, physicians, and strength & conditioning staff, and developed an understanding of individualized care to optimize patients' health and physical ability in order to get them back to the things they love.
He then went on to USC where he obtained his DPT and furthered his education completing the orthopedic residency program where he was able to learn advanced manual therapy techniques, shadow physicians, participate in research, and teach as an instructor in the USC physical therapy curriculum.
Chris recently moved to San Diego in 2022 and in his free time he enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends and family, watching his UCLA Bruins, Lakers, and Dodgers, and finding great restaurants all around San Diego.
