Jeff earned his bachelor’s in kinesiology from USC in 2010. Initially starting as a volunteer, he later became a performance coach at Rehab United, where he assisted owner Sean Hill with the B.M.A.C.™ program (Baseball Mechanics and Conditioning) and conducted summer training classes for youth baseball players. In 2016, Jeff completed his doctorate in physical therapy at San Diego State University.

Jeff's desire to return to Rehab United as a licensed P.T. stems from his appreciation for and enjoyment of the Applied Functional Science® approach to evaluation and treatment. During his previous tenure at Rehab United, Jeff received invaluable mentorship from owners Sean and Bryan Hill. Their guidance and support continued as they served as his mentors and sponsors during his time as a USA National Paralympic Track & Field athlete from 2009 to 2010.
