Troy moved to San Diego in 2012 to attend San Diego State, where he was Captain of the Lacrosse team and earned a degree in Finance in 2016. After working in Corporate America for three years, he came to the realization that he did not want to spend his life sitting behind a desk.

After quitting his job and selling everything he owned, Troy spent the next two years traveling. He spent his winters working at ski shops in Vail, CO, and Jackson Hole, WY, and his summers were spent backpacking around the United States and Europe.

When COVID took over, and he could no longer travel, Troy decided to build a career around physical therapy where he spent endless hours as a patient when he was younger.

While attending San Diego Mesa College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program, he met Sean Hill and Kevin Hazel from Rehab United and instantly fell in love with their approach. After finishing his final rotation with Rehab United in Carmel Valley, he began working full-time when he graduated in May of 2023.

With each treatment, he brings his many years of sports performance training as well as a vibrant personality to personalize treatments for each client.
