FUN FACT ABOUT YOU: I make some of the best Almond Butter in town, better than that $15.00 stuff you see at the store.

Suzanne grew up in Bishop, CA but went to Colorado to pursue her undergraduate and master’s degree in Sports nutrition. In college she played on the club soccer team and trained for her first marathon freshman year. During that time she found there weren’t very many resources available outlining how to fuel during training or on race day. Since then it’s been her goal to learn the science behind fueling for an active life and make it simple for people to implement. Having participated in marathons, half ironman’s, a full Ironman, she understands the struggle to balance life, work, training, and nutrition. Suzanne works with active individuals looking to improve their health and performance. With so much conflicting information out there, many people are confused or can’t find the motivation to start another diet. As a Sports Dietitian, she uses her expertise to help clients figure out which foods will optimally fuel them so they can improve recovery, lose weight, or beat the PR they’ve been chasing.
