Our Approach

Thorough Evaluation and Personalized Care

Each patient receives a one-on-one evaluation to identify the underlying cause of symptoms. We assess balance and fall risk to develop a customized plan for safety and improved quality of life. Our VRT exercises incorporate strength and balance retraining, ambulation with head motions, and visual/gaze stabilization to alleviate dizziness and vertigo. We replicate daily activities, ensuring functional movements for optimal recovery.

Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy

At Rehab United, our comprehensive approach to vestibular therapy focuses on achieving the best results using effective techniques. Our exercise-based vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) program addresses inner ear disorders causing dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance.

"The vast majority of patients, 80%, will have at least a decrease in symptoms through adaptation or habituation exercises in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy."

Don't worry if you don't see your condition listed here; our expertise extends beyond this partial list of injuries we treat.
